Congratulations to my Seller! My client is really fortunate to have sold her home in a multiple offer situation, right before the virus was first declared a pandemic. After showcasing this home for over a week, we had ZERO buyers show ANY interest. Seller was worried, but I explained to her that most Buyers who come to River District are first time buyers looking for a primary residence. They need lots of time to think!
8 days after the first unveiling, we unexpectedly had multiple offers! "First time buyers need time to think." That I know for certain!
Sellers, the lesson here is: Be patient and adjust your expectations when selling in a time of uncertainty. As long as you're under the guidance of an adept agent, everything will be A-okay in the end!
