JUST PURCHASED, UNDERASKING TOO! Congrats to my buyer Ms HT! It was a long and very interesting journey but we finally did it! We started our investment property search when the market was extremely hot hot hot. Always losing at multiple offers by a hair even though majority of our offers were very strong! It was like an 11 month intense shopping marathon! We had to take breaks -- really!
